Battery replacement is 60% of all repairs. Price depends on capacity (Ah) and model. Original batteries cost more but last longer; compatible OEM is 30-40% cheaper.

Common parts

Prices are approximate — exact price after diagnostics. Original parts cost more but last longer. OEM (compatible) parts are 30-40% cheaper and in practice equally reliable.
Brake cable
Front and rear cables. Original with silicone insulation or stainless steel for replacement — more durable against rust.
Tire
Inner tube or fully tubeless. For intensive riders self-healing tires (with sealant against punctures).
Display / LCD
M365/Pro display most often. For Vsett QS-S4 or EY3 (more expensive). Including firmware calibration.
Controller
For Sencor, Gogen, Kugoo M4 there are upgrade versions with better cooling and higher amperage. Still compatible with original display.
Throttle / finger
Original hall-sensor thumbs or Segway lever. For Sencor and Gogen compatible with universal connectors.
Folding hinge
For Xiaomi (classic) and Voyager. For Segway MAX G30 reinforced QSMC mod (stronger, less play after 2000+ folds).

Yes, always. After diagnostics we send the exact price for labor and parts. We don't start without your approval — no surprises in the bill.
How fast?
Diagnostics within 24 hours. Standard repairs (cable, tire, pads) within 2 hours. Battery swap within 24 hours, larger electronic work within 48 hours.
Out of warranty?
We service items outside legal warranty or bought from various e-shops. Compatible parts are often cheaper than manufacturer replacement.
Warranty on labor?
3 months on our labor. If the same fault returns after our repair, we fix it free. Parts have manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months for batteries).
Other brand?
